Yoga Teacher Training

Get ready for the journey of a lifetime! We will be spending 3 months, September – December diving into the deep end of yoga. Learn more about this practice that has roots over the last few milennia and how yoga can offer you so much more than just a workout. Discover the 8 Limbs of Yoga, the many traditions and styles of yoga, gain more understanding of anatomy and physiology, meditation and breathing as well as how to share the benefits of yoga with your friends, family and community. We will meet Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-9:00pm, Saturdays from 8:30-5:00pm and Sundays from 1-5:00pm. Contact us today for more details on program costs and how to register.

There are plenty of chemical agents working against you in your own home. Every time you clean your house you may be doing more harm than good. Did you know that as you age fitness is more about what you eat than what you do? It’s true! Every year your metabolism slows down, and it becomes more challenging to work off those extra calories. Wheel Workshop

The yoga wheel is a fun, little tool that we can use to both deepen and support our practice. We will explore a variety of poses with the wheel from simple balances to inversions. This 90-minute workshop will teach you how to use the wheel in several poses like lunge, bridge, seated stretches and more. Join us Sunday August 7 at 2:00pm
